Responsibilities

1. Create Revenue for Academy or Campus Affiliate training

2. Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.

3. Make a appointment meeting or Canvasing to increase database/ client

4. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

5. Increase and maintain relation with client

6. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation

7. Prepare all reports needed and join all the meetings scheduled for all sales by the management

8. Monitoring training or implementation of the ICPP program to all partners

9. Active in coordination to the supervisor or manager

Requirements

a. Preferrably has an experience in same industry (selling training and certification for schools, campus or university level)

b. Has good character and moral and easy to deal with

c. Has good analytical thinking,communication and presentation skill

d. Has good initiative and problem solver

e. Customer and target oriented

f. Willing and faster to learn new things

g. Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills

h. Can work individual and as a team

i. Detail & achievement oriented and ability to do multi-task

j. Good looking

k. Proven experience as sales service role, good listener and fast response

l. Know, understand and able to apply the sales life cycle
