1. Making PR / PO
2. Supplier Selection & RFQ/Req. coordination with Suppliers
3. Coordination & Necessary approval for procurement
4. Follow up for Material readiness & Delivery Confirmation
5. Material Tracking & Ensuring OTD (On-time Delivery)
6. Manage suppliers to meet cost, delivery performance,
7. schedule, and quality objectives.
8. Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and
9. procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
10. Making PR / PO
11. Procurement engineers oversee the purchase of technical
12. equipment for the operations of the company.
13. Supplier Selection & RFQ/Req. coordination with Suppliers
14. To determine the equipment needed to complete manufacturing
15. or construction projects according to specifications, research vendors for that equipment
16. Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable
17. suppliers who are able to deliver high-quality products at competitive pricing
18. Manage suppliers to meet cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality objectives

With Qualification:

1. Maximum 35-year-old
2. Education background Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechanical/ Management
3. English fluent (written & Verbal)
4. Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
6. Familiar with SAP system will be an advantage
7. Minimum experience 3 years in the same position.
