Job Description:

• Demonstrate discipline, honesty, uphold strong work ethics, and exhibit proficient time management skills
• Develop and implement brand strategy: market segmentation, price positioning, marketing research, product positioning
• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities: media communications, consumer promotion, PR (cooperation with ATL and BTL agencies)
• Adjusting and refining plans based on results, market changes and competitive activities
• Evaluate new products that use the brand which is concerned during the periode of launching
• Hands-on in training, nurturing, sharing, coaching and mentoring the marketing and sales team to maximize their potential and strengths
• Meeting & exceeding sales and marketing targets and KPIs as assigned
• Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
• Developing strong market intelligence and monitoring competitor activities in trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management
• Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection to successful closure
• Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services
• Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in the FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal care industry.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Marketing & Sales Assistant. Manager (Strong experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal care is a plus).
• Proven experience in handling both GT & MT as well as managing e-commerce.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proven track record in marketing and sales achievement.
• Great data analysis skills and proven experience in managing marketing & sales report and data.
• Creative, high attention to detail, and a result-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of personal care industry business.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Marketing & Sales Target.
