Qualification :

• Bachelor degree S1 in Marketing, Business, Management, Information Technology, or related major.
• Has at least 3 years of experience as Sales in IT Solutions company, or at least 5 years of experience in others Multinational Companies.
• Experience in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Has proven result from sales achievement minimum Rp. 2-3 Billion per year
• Has technical knowledge of Digitalization or Software Development services and related technologies.

Skill Requirenent :

• A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses - though having technical skills before you start isn't essential.
• Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude.
• Mastering art of communication by simplify the complex technological aspect in a simple explanation or by storytelling.
• Passion, dedication and focus.
• Stamina, resilience and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Capability to build new business with new or existing customers.
• Fast learning capability, enable to adapt to new environment.
• Confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner.
• A good negotatiator, has Time-management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and active listening.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• A full, clean driving licence (SIM A or SIM C) - may be needed if the job includes regular travel to clients' premises.

Job Description :

• Work with business analyst and technical team to identify customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, and bids to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to our products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Make Sales forecast/ target yearly with quarterly target.
• Report to BOD weekly for achievement and progress.
• Identify potential customers that match with company’s resources and profile.
• Make recurring sales from existing account and make new business with new clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp 6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 nett per month.

Bonus/ Insentif dari Sales target / profit yang tercapai.

Ability to commute/relocate.
