We aim to generate natural and healthy bird's nests, and have achieved GACC accreditation for our commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Our operations are focused on producing and exporting edible bird's nests to China.

Role Description

This is a full-time Quality Control Analyst role located on-site in Tangerang. The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for performing laboratory analysis from raw materials to finished products. The Quality Control Analyst is also in charge of ensure all quality before export in packing area, people management, and all quality control document related to audit

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, background science (biotechnology, food technology, chemical) or any related major
• Min IPK 3.3
• Knowledge in preparing, conducting, and documenting analytical test results accurately using different equipment
• Ability to interpret and implement laboratory procedures and protocols
• Good documentation practices, including record-keeping and report-writing capabilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in team
