REQUIREMENT 

* Education : Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering 

* Experience : Minimun 10 years experience within the manufacturing field as QA/QC Supervisor 

* Communication Skill : English

* ISO IATF Management Representative

* Experienced on IATF 16494 and MR mechanism

EXPERIENCE 

* Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, specific equipment specifications, and QMS requirements.

* Handling the quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

* Communicating effectively, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departments, customer, and suppliers.

* Manage matters related to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA / QC), including maintenance of the quality management system and applicable certifications

* Monitor and supervise quality control, inspection and testing activities in the factory. Recommend and implement improvements when needed.

* Updating quality criteria or checklists for inspection and creating quality standards for new part production

* Investigate and solve problems on all matters related to product quality and safety including customer complaints; provide technical advice for corrective actions and submit it to related departments and BOD

* Conduct validation study activities and also prepare statistical data on product and process compliance performance

* Conduct training related to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA / QC) and correct checking techniques
