We would like to invite you to join with our company as R&D Specialist for our Coffee & Others Non-Alcoholic Beverages to develop and innovate our product specification.

Requirements :

1. Minimal diploma in food & beverages product majoring from hospitality colleges and other related field.
2. Have minimal 2-3 years working experience as R&D staff in coffee and beverages industry.
3. Those who have experience in handling healthy beverages or milk products would be advantageous.
4. Think out of the box, strong passion, willing to challenge the norm, and think of new products creatively.
5. Have a good knowledge in consumer behaviour and market segmentation.
6. Placement in Jakarta.

Job descriptions :

1. Responsible for developing new product (lab scale prototype) to support bussiness goals.
2. Developing and improve new methods and systems for coffee and beverage processing, production, quality control and packaging (e.g., flavour, colour, texture, etc).
3. Obtaining insights to have better understanding of trends & costumer needs to initiate creation of new coffee and beverage products.
4. Write details & accurate reports for analyses, experiments, or projects.
5. Managing project timelines and mitigate project risks as well as assisting with qualitu testing of current products.
6. Keeping track of all the costs related to the creation of new products and decide which one slow moving menu must be taken out.
7. Collaborating with marketing and operations to identify and execute product concepts and flavour profiles including innovation, reformulation, and cost savings.
