Lowongan Finance & Accounting Manager - Placement Location : Manado di PT Bumi Mapan Abadi

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from accredited institution with a major in Accounting.
2. At least 8 years working experience in related field (Finance-Accounting) minimum of 2 years in Managerial position.
3. Having experience in Real Estate or Developer company is a must.
4. Having experience in Audit Firm is a plus.
5. Hands on with ERP System, Microsoft Office Software, and Accounting Software.
6. Have a good knowledge on Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Auditing, Taxation, Warehousing, GAAP and Internal Control Principles.
7. Detail oriented, have good analytical skill and high level of initiatives.
8. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with respect.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve common objectives

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

1. Prepare and analyze monthly Financial Statements.
2. Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
3. Managing cash flow for the company.
4. Handling the transaction process on end-to-end basis.
5. Payment approvals, budget control, financial planning and analysis.
6. Reviewing payments before proceeding for further actions to ensure correct posting.
7. Solve real-time problems by liaising with multiple parties internally and externally.
8. Coordinate with other department and ensure accounting has properly support based on the function.
9. Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; assembling data for monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings.
10. Other Ad Hoc activities.
