Position: Legal and License Staff

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the government related to licenses, permits, etc.
• Support SBU AHLE business in law and permits
• Focusing more on handling permits for the group (new or renewal as well as finalization)
• Support coordinated legal activity (drafting contracts, giving legal opinions about the group's business activites)
• Produce weekly or monthly report
• Do updated regulatory research about the group's business activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate law/firm
• Experienced in Legal Licensing and Permit, Legal Drafting, Legal Due Diligence, Legal Research, and Negotiation
• Fluency in English is a must (active speaking, listening and writing)
• Analytical thinking and negotiation skills are required
• Willing to work in Kedoya (and Kab. Bogor if required)
