Lowongan Project Controller di PT Dgas Alam Semesta

Responsibility:

1. Generate project progress charts and cost reports;
2. Handle cost engineering functions involving budget preparation, cost control, forecasting, and cost reporting;
3. Monitor detailed construction project cost and cash flow reports and evaluate and update project cost data on budgeted amounts;
4. Reconcile and coordinate project cost data with client status reports;
5. Assist the program manager’s budgeting process with area–wise unit cost data and manage the project management database;
6. Handle resource planning, milestone coordination, and schedule tasks;
7. Develop and update cost and resource-loaded construction schedules;
8. Submit monthly reports to the project manager and support internal reports preparation;
9. Supervise the planning, scheduling, and cost engineering;
10. Determine schedules, estimates, and work scope to execute and complete deliverables within budget;
11. Interact with client counterparts and management to plan and schedule cost presentations;
12. Develop and execute measurement systems to process, analyze and identify improvements;
13. Analyze data, identify issues, and recommend suitably;
14. Develop cost trend estimates and new techniques to support project cost trend programs;
15. Conduct investigating requirements to estimate and control cost data;
16. Verify scope trends and estimate costs by using contract terms.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a project EPCIC or plant in oil and gas;
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
3. Understanding of Engineering, Fabrication, Quality, and Project Management;
4. Familiar with code and standard ASME, API, AWS & ISO for Mechanical static & rotating equipment;
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), MS Project, Primavera, Autocad 2D & 3D;
6. Willing to work mobile at our Gas Plant.
