Responsibility :

• Responsible for assisting in the development of new animal feed products and improving existing formulations to meet the evolving needs of the market and ensure the highest level of nutrition and safety for livestock.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in animal science, agriculture, nutrition, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees and specialized certifications in animal nutrition are advantageous.
• Previous experience in feed formulation, product development, or related roles in the feedmill industry is preferred but not always mandatory (Fresh graduates welcome to apply).
• Ability to analyze data, interpret results from feeding trials, and make data-driven decisions to improve product formulations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and report on product development progress.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to address challenges during product development and formulation processes.
• Precision in recording data, conducting ingredient analysis, and ensuring accurate formulation calculations.
• Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
