Job Description:

• Draft and review various agreements and any other legal documents
• Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, dispute, legal actions, court proceedings)
• To constantly research and updates on relevant laws and regulations
• Support and assist business units to negotiate contracts with their business partners Establish, review, and update internal policies, rule, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters
• Handle the creation, implementation, socializations and monitoring activities for any compliance related matters in the company
• Liaise, communicate and cooperate with our regional legal for any legal consultation with and assignment from regional legal
• Support and assist sister companies on legal related matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor majoring in Law, min. GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• Hold Certified Advocate License
• 5 years of working experience in private practice at prominent law firms or companies and Mining Industry
• Significance Experience in drafting legal documents both in Mandarin, English and Indonesian
• Understand Microsoft (Words, Excel, Power Point) 
• Mandarin & English language – reading/writing/speaking/negotiating with confident 
• Good legal knowledge in Indonesian corporate law, particularly contract law, company law, and investment law
• Good understanding on the regulations in trading business activities
• Have experience in handling investment and acquisition matters.
• Good drafting skills, good analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem solving skill
