Role Responsibilities :

• Perform accounts receivable tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Reconciliation of high volume of invoices and receipts
• Internal control monitoring
• Developing and maintaining high quality and efficiency standards
• Involvement in A/R project such as to support in design reconciliation tools in smart POS for every payment method, to support continuous improvement in semi-automation tools, to support visual dashboard report

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, major in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Having 2+ years of working experience in an A/R or Accounting or Finance function
• Have experience in A/R or Accounting or Finance project will be advantage
• Advance in Microsoft Excel
• Have a good interpersonal skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• Hands-on and solution-oriented
