Lowongan Associate Tech Product Manager di PT Satu Dental Indonesia

Job Description : 

• Drive the product and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams.
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams

Responsibilities :

As a product manager, you will be responsible to (but not limited to) :

• Analyze and documentation of SATU Dental clinic operational system improvements.
• Liaise with external vendor to develop, or implementation of a system based on user's requirement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and strategy teams in the development, QA, and release of products to ensure success for the entire organization
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates SATU Dental across primary market segments

Requirements : 

• Bachelor's degree any field with min. GPA 3.25
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• At least 4 year experience in product management / business analysis, and conduct market research.
• Experienced in system development process, including project management and system development methodologies (i.e.: Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Basic negotiation skill or experience in collaborate with external vendor.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
