Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service, addressing any issues or challenges as they arise.
• Directly supervise, train, and mentor floor staff, ensuring they adhere to the shop's service standards and procedures.
• Play a leading role in the setup and opening of new outlets, coordinating between different departments to ensure successful launches.
• Regularly analyze floor operations, sales, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement or potential issues.
• Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the floor staff.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, address complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the inventory of floor supplies and liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishments.
• Ensure that the floor meets health and safety standards, regularly inspecting for cleanliness and ensuring staff adhere to hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries and to address any menu-related queries or issues.
• Regularly report to senior management on floor operations, highlighting achievements, challenges, and providing recommendations.
