We are looking for a confident and experienced relationship builder to join our sales team.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Asia, this role is responsible for generation of sales of Spare, Wear Parts, Upgrades and Services in a defined territory of Indonesia.

Experience in the FLSmidth product range will be beneficial. In particular, crushers, screens, pumps, cyclones, valves, SAG and ball mills etc. A technical sales background would be advantageous.

Your responsibilities

You will be supported in this role by our team of internal sales and customer support teams, who will work with you to deliver a consistent message and quality solution to the customer.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have strong relationship development and account management skills
• Be able to develop great relationships at site level
• Have experience selling equipment and aftermarket parts and service
• Have a reputation as the person who delivers on site, and you will have developed this over at least 6 years in a related industry
• Have the ability to collaborate with and influence multiple internal stakeholders
• Be diligent and technically minded with a strong work ethic
• Have the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Have experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Have a mechanical, metallurgical or process engineering background
• Experience with plant maintenance, commissioning and/or plant debottlenecking would be highly regarded
