Product Documentation Writer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Documentation Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining product documentation, user manuals, online help guides, and other materials that effectively communicate the features, functionality, and usage of our products to customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders.

Job Descriptions :

· Develop clear and comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, product release notes, knowledgebase and helpdesk guides.

· Collaborate with product development managers, developers, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy in documentation. 

· Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve documentation and address user requirements effectively.

· Maintain a user-centric approach to documentation, ensuring that content is easy to understand and accessible to a wide range of users. 

· Manage version control for documentation to track changes and maintain historical records in order to be up to date with product changes, enhancements, and updates.

· Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines and relevant translations from English to Indonesian, and vice versa.

Requirements :

· Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Communications, or equivalent professional experience in a related field

· 2+ years proven experience in technical writing, product documentation, or user experience writing;

· Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, MadCap Flare, Confluence).

· Possess strong writing,  creative thinking, and design thinking;

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills. 

· Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

· Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
