We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefit Associate, based in Jakarta. The ideal candidate can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. What you will do:
- HR Administration: Manage all employees data, keep track of & make contracts for employees, maintain HRIS updated
- Payroll: Complete documents for payroll payment, calculate monthly payroll, do salary benchmark, create monthly payroll report
- Compliance: Handle all social security matters (registration and deletion members for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan), report and pay monthly income tax (PPH21), prepare the yearly income tax documents for all employees (SPT Tahunan)
- Budget Report: Create and track routine staff budget usage
- Employee Benefit: Liaise with insurance provider for all insurance matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Statistic, Mathematics or other related major
- Minimum 4 years experience in handling employee payroll
- Familiar with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan matters
- Experienced in calculating employee income tax manually/using a system, using e-spt, and reporting monthly income tax
- Experienced in liaising with insurance provider vendors
- Good in working with Excel and Google Workspace
- Experienced in using HRIS such as SAP, Talenta, or Gadjian
- Possess knowledge in payroll related compliance
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking is a must
