Today, We are seeking a Social Media Specialist

QUALIFICATION              :

•         Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital marketing specialist
•          Excellent writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia
•         In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms
•         Knowledge of online marketing channels and online analytics tools
•         Strong skills in content creation, curation, and editing
•         Familiarity with social media analytics tools
•         Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•         Creative and innovative thinker
•         Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
•         Ability to work with team members

What You'll Do  :

•       Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
•         Create a content calendar detailing what will be posted, where, and when, ensuring a steady stream of relevant content.
•         Collaborate with other hotel departments to synchronize social promotions with on site events and offers
•        Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging content including visuals, video, and text.
•        Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
•         Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, or live sessions when necessary.
•        Manage the hotel’s presence across all social platforms, ensuring brand consistency
•         Understand the nuances of each platform and tailor content and strategy accordingly.
•         Stay updated with the latest platform changes, trends, and best practices.
•          Foster an active and engaged online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
•          Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local business to broaden the hotel’s reach and resonance.
•         Track and analyze the performance of all social media campaigns.
•         Providing monthly reports and insights
•         Use feedback and analytics tools to refine the social media strategy and optimize future posts.
•          Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
•      Experiment with new ways to enhance social media activities.
