PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for the best candidate for Legal Staff located in Bali with the details:

Requirements:

·            Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law

·            At least 1 years working experience as a Legal staff

·            Have experience in general corporate and regulatory analysis will be an advantage

·            Good English proficiency both oral and written

·            Applicants must be willing travel if needed by the company

·            Willing to be located at Bali

Responsibility:

·         Draft, review, and modify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents needed

·         Maintain contract database and manage executed contract versions

·         Prepare the first draft or first revision of the document

·         Conduct legal research and analyze legal implications related to the company's business activities

·         Prepare and review legal issues such as confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, cooperation agreements, and others

·         Ensure all legal documentation is clear, updated, and appropriate

·         Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations and laws in daily operations

·         Manage company policies and ensure internal compliance with legal standards.
