Job Descriptions:
- Analyzing business processes: The Operations Development Analyst must analyze and understand the current business processes within the organization. Collect and review data and feedback from various sources to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the current processes.
- Developing and implementing new processes: Develop new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Work with various stakeholders to ensure that the new processes are implemented correctly and are effective.
- Managing projects: Review various projects related to process improvement and efficiency.
- Providing training and support: Provide training and support to employees as new processes are implemented. Ensure that employees understand the new processes and procedures and can effectively implement them.
- Monitoring performance: Monitor the performance of the new processes and procedures to ensure they meet the intended goals. Track and analyze data to identify any areas that need further improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that the new processes are integrated effectively across the organization.
- Conduct thorough assessments of business processes, IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities, security risks, and compliance issues.
- Evaluate IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure they align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Staying up to date with best business practices and technological developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or IT will provide the necessary background to thrive in this area.
- For candidates with Finance background: Minimum 2 years of audit experience in Big Four Audit Firm or reputable MNC would be advantageous.
- For candidates with IT background: Minimum 2 years of data security experience, IT audit and compliance, or IT project development and implementation.
- Candidates with experience in process improvement/management, manufacturing, or Consultant Company are also encouraged to apply.
- Problem solver with attention to details, strong analysis and research skills. Good time management to handle various projects in timely manner.
- Familiar with spreadsheet, flowchart tools, and other business process analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems would be advantageous.
- Good communication and writing skills to produce presentations and reports. Strong spoken and writing skills in English would be advantageous.
- Willing to be placed in Batam.
