Lowongan Assistant Business Analyst di PT Howden Insurance Brokers Indonesia

• Being a Business Analyst, be the bridge between clients and users to help them and communicate their needs to Engineer Team
• Create and develop the process flow of web-based application or mobile application to support business.
• Gather information from clients and User: identify what their needs and purpose based on their request and assess if that make sense to be develop in our systems or not.
• Maintain our current SDR (System Development Request) as our core for processing new/enhancement our system.
• Assists in preparation of and provides application training and demonstrations.
• Perform User Acceptance Test in SDR (System Development Request) and make sure all the requests has been tested.
• Acting as our Data Governance Officer e.g. create process for data governance implementation and maintain our data mapping and security.
• Assist Head of Compliance to do system/file checking or audit when needed. 

Job Requirement / Qualification

• At least bachelor’s degree in Management Information System
• Experience at least 1-2 years in Business Analyst
• Have a good analytical thinking
• Solid understanding of business process, data governance, and IT audit
• fluent in English
