• Make ENGLISH report
• Attend meetings with potential customers to determine technical and business demands, objectives & requirements.
• Response to customer demand by providing technical advice, recommendation, solution, technical presentations & demonstrations for customers.
• Create, design, propose and configure a solution including network diagrams with technical explanations as needed.
• Provide and find answers to customers question on technical aspects of the products and solutions.
• Give presentation, product knowledge and solution to business partners & customers.
• Provide POC & solution delivery.
• Provide post-sales technical support for customer.
• Coordinates closely with sales team to develop sales opportunities.
• Provide authoritative technical advice while supporting sales function.
• Identify project progress based on technical perspective
• Provide products competitive analysis.

Requirements:

• ENGLISH is a must, Mandarin is a plus
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience as IT Technical Pre-Sales for CCTV products.
• Have knowledge in LAN / WLAN Technology
• Have knowledge in various IT products (Switch, Router, Subnetting, Wireless Access Point, Firewall, Telecommunication, Antivirus, Security, etc) is an advantage.
• Have a very thorough understanding of IP & optical network operations and network infrastructure FTTX & GPON Technology.
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Have strong logical approach and problem solving
