Job Description:

1. Develop, analyze and evaluate sales strategies and sales targets

2. Review team performance to optimize sales achievement

3. Responsible for reviewing marketing activities, analyzing sales, and making sales reports

4. Create and Monitor budget for all marketing & promotion activities

5. Responsible for achieving team and individual targets
