Lowongan GM OF STRATEGIC FINANCE & ACCOUNTING (MANAGEMENT PERBANKAN) di PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia

Main Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for assisting the CEO with the corporate strategic planning.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors for acqusition company.

·       Lead fund raising process.

·       Lead communications with Financial institutions (Banks and non-banks) for funding arrangements, representing the company in discussions / negotiations

·       Manage all lender covenants (compliance).

·       Advise and coordinate with cross functional teams ,

·       Responsible in effective & efficient cash flow planning and forecasting.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor / Master's Degree qualification, in Finance, Operation Management, Business or Economics.
• Experience at least 10 years in Financial Service/Consulting Finance Company or Bank and at least 5 years of experience in managerial position.
• Proven track record of managing strategic projects.
• Possess strategic thinking and planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong leadership and communication skills, project management, and time management.
