-Responsible for the compilation, collection, sorting, and filing of maintenance;

data, and submit the above-mentioned data to file management relation to the electrical data;

- Compile a list of materials consumed during operation;

- Preparation of equipment ledger;

- Collect equipment maintenance records;

- Review and revise equipment maintenance SOP and maintenance and maintenance manual;

- Check the inventory conditions, and timely supervise the replenishment and preparation of consumable materials (maintenance and maintenance company work);

- Management and upgrade of equipment drawings;

- Participate in equipment accident analysis meeting;

- Responsible for corresponding with related engineers of O&M operators;

- Responsible for timely grasp of equipment operating status and evaluation of production conditions;

- Responsible for the coordination of equipment maintenance;

- responsible for maintenance engineers to prepare equipment for annual major and minor maintenance;

project plans and maintenance projects;

- responsible for equipment maintenance and acceptance work;

Supervise equipment elimination work and data acceptance;

- Vibration supervision records of the entire plant's rotating equipment;

- Assist in the quality supervision of maintenance, if found to be unqualified, report to the person in 

charge of the department.
