Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year working experience (including internships) in design or construction industry (Fresh Graduates welcome)
• Graduated S1/D3 Business Management/ Marketing/ Communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Photoshop (priority for those who can operate other design software)
• Hardworking, responsible, motivated to learn,good communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management
• Great attention to detail and able to work in a team
• Willing to go to jobs sites to coordinate suppliers and workers

Job Specifications:

• Able to communicate and follow up project progress with clients and suppliers
• Project checklists
• Create invoices and follow up payments from clients
• Manage book keeping and materials catalogs
• Assist directors in attending meetings with clients or suppliers
