The Project Officer will be responsible for all aspects of project over the entire life cycle (initiate, planning, coordinating) and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Project Officer must also be managing projects to improve operational efficiency and implementing continous improvement activities to ensure projects meet and exceed Mata Utama Indonesia's and our clients's standards of service.

• Leadership and team management
• Responsible to manage and gathering requirements, constraints, and assumptions with clients in order to establish the project
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make impactful presentations and expertise at using Ms. Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture
• 5 year experienced in the same field or at least proven handled project
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to work within demanding deadlines
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Passionate, sincere, result oriented
