  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 5 - 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Exposure to high rise, large scale of mix used, commercial, residential, and hospitality projects are essential.
  • Having experience in drawing, composing, drafting, modelling, remodelling
  • Required Skill(s): Revit is a must 
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam, PhotoShop and Lumion is a plus
  • Have the ability to get involved in documentation production from conceptual schematic design to construction document phase
  • Familiarity with local specifications and materials
  • Able to work in a team, hands on, result oriented
  • Actively speaking and writing English
