Lowongan HR Services Staff di PT Mitsubishi Electric Indonesia

We are urgently looking for an HR Services Staff, with detail information as follows:

Resposibility :

• Handling payroll data support (attendance record, overtime record, mutation, promotion, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
• Maintain HR databases
• prepare all related administration for Human Resources Information System (HRIS) based on Company's standard and operating procedures
• As PIC for Private Insurance for Employee
• Close coordination with all Department for support employee's administration
• Handle processing working permit for foreigner workers (Visa, RPTKA, KITAS, EPO)

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
• Experience as payroll staf or HR services staff minimum for 3 years.
• Prior experience working in fast paced and high-volume environment will be a huge advantage.
• Knowledgeable of basic HRM function and its general administration
• Good understanding of applicable labor regulation practice and implementation
• Experience in operation HRIS application system (Sunfish)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
