Lowongan Performance Marketing Intern di PT Promo Literasi Prima

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute all digital acquisition activities using all performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads etc. (depending on stakeholder’s budget & goal);

• Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the cost per result at the optimum level;

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals;

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;

• Collaborate with the Social Media Team to improve the social media marketing and website campaign performance as it would affect our audience;

• Utilize some other strategies needed such as social media optimization and KOL activation to improve campaign performance and reach the goals;

• Help brainstorm creatives and all ad asset creation, in collaboration with Creatives Team;

• Performing research on potential audience behavior which correlate with designing the roadmap for campaign targeting and optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have a technical understanding with basic foundation of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads;

• Have working experience in the related field is a plus;

• Have ability of analytical mindset and knowledge of performance marketing metrics;

• Familiarity with Excel/Spreadsheet, Facebook Ad Manager, TikTok Ad Manager and other digital marketing tools;

• Experience in collecting and analyzing data. An analytical and critical thinking mindset;

• Have ability to think creatively, critically, even unconventionally to scale and optimize paid marketing campaigns;

• Eager to learn, coach-able, and willing to accept new challenges in a dynamic working environment;

• Working location: South Jakarta (Work From Office);

• Working Duration : 3 Months.
