• Manage and execute day-to-day operational and maintenance activities in the estate, including commercial building and residential clusters.
• Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, including collecting service charge and maintenance fees.
• Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, plantation maintenance crews, and security staff.
• Maintain good relationship with and resolve complaints from residents, tenants, and customers.
• Interact and ensure smooth relationship with owner and team.

Requirement:

• Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum has five years of working experience in related field
• Have good problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Good management and organizational skills, able to coordinate the teams to maximize performance.
