Responsibilities

• Manage Paramatex’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Website).
• Research and analyses all trends and information on social media to provide relevant, creative and interesting reference content
• Plan, create, and execute social media strategies based on in-depth Research. 
• Improving social media performance by analysed social data/metrics, insights, and current issues, then processing this information into new steps to be executed.
• Fun discussion and brainstorming with the creative team.
• Able to operate Photoshop, photography and videography is a plus value.

Requirements

• Minimum S1/D4 or equivalent
• Creative, innovative, cheerful and bring the positive energy to the team.
• Able to work with a team or individually
• Have experience with social media, including planning and managing content 
• Able to create social media calendar and schedule to keep relevant with the latest trends and news 
• Able to manage, edit, publish, and share daily content that can build and establish close relationships with audiences
• Interested in social media management. Not only creating and uploading content but also analysing insights and metrics
• Has developing mindset and able to adapt quickly
• Candidate must stay in Bali and be willing to work from the office
• Able to operate Adobe Photoshop / Canva is a plus value
