Job responsibilities

• Assist HR managers in leading and managing human resource activities in line with the organization's values, culture and business plans
• Implement human resources practices in accordance with laws, policies and procedures
• Prepare and process employee attendance data
• Participate in HR initiatives for the long term success of the organization
• Additional task from Superior

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in Law, HR Management or related subject
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 5 Years of working experience in related field
• Knowledge all HR Spectrum, understanding of labour laws & related

regulation, and disciplinary procedure

• Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan/Ketenagakerjaan Process & Procedure
• Familiar with HRIS
• Able to process working & stay permit
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
