Job description :

1. Responsible to do end to end recruitment process
2. Coordinate for all the Termination, Adoptions, Recruiting, Salary Payment & process, and indiscipline issue regarding to Employee obidience.
3. Responsible for posting job advertisement, shortlist and providing the best candidates who is appropriate with user criteria; help to develop job descriptions
4. Recording all the employment contracts, and controlling for any expired contract and or extension contract.
5. Make an improvement by accomplishing integrated data of the Employee Database/ Employee Historical.
6. Maintaining External & Internal Communication and Coordination to create condusive atmosphere of work.
7. Reporting to HR Manager and owner, for all the issue related to HR, including to Recruitment/ Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, and Development.

Qualification :

1. Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year experience in Recruitment & other areas of HR.
3. Experienced handle Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, and also comprehend PP No. 35 years 2021, especially for Industrial Relations issues, ability to counter critical issue regarding to Industrial Contract/ Status.
4. Required skills : Psychological Testing, Administration, Job Posting, Industrial Relation, and Interpersonal Communication.
5. Excellent oral and written skill in English.
6. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
7. Able to join as soon as possible
