Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain all building, drainage, road, wind breaker & other common infrastructure of BPI asset (both in site & off site) in a good condition all the time.
- Coordinate with contractors of paintings, scaffolding, insulation who work on daily basis or outage maintenance works and supervise them to support all maintenance activities.
- Plan, undertake, review and report preventive & predictive maintenance works via CMMS on civil engineering facility area.
- Plan, undertake, review and report corrective maintenance works via CMMS on civil engineering facility area.
- Plan, undertake, review and report schedule outage maintenance work via CMMS on Common Facility civil area.
- Manage and control activities related to painting, scaffolding, insulation, digging / excavation, bathymetric surveys, dredging and any other activities related to civil work.
- Coordinate with contractors who work on incidental maintenance works and supervise them during support civil work.
- Propose and make Purchase Requisition of spare parts and consumables required at Civil Maintenance works.
- Generate monthly maintenance reports on civil engineering facility area.
- Generate equipment/asset failure investigation report at civil engineering facility area.
- Develop plant modification and improvement proposal at civil engineering area.
- Generate and update maintenance procedure & instruction manual documents at civil engineering area.
- Carry out the remaining tasks handed over from construction on civil engineering facility area both on-shored and off-shore.
- Address warranty issues with contractor on civil engineering facility area both on-shored and off-shore.
- Diplome degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experiences as Civil Engineer or Project Engineer in Maintenance Section of large Coal Fired Power Plant
- Active in English both verbal and written.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Willing to be placed in Batang Regency, Central Java
