Lowongan UI/UX Designer di PT Deptech Digital Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product management, development, and marketing) to define, design, and deliver outstanding user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and developers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate design solutions.
• Apply design thinking methodologies and a user-centered approach to ensure that our products are both visually appealing and easy to use.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and best practices, to optimize the user experience and drive user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and UI component libraries to ensure consistent branding and design across products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for web and mobile applications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), and InVision.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
