Lowongan IT System Analyst di PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Create Functional Specification Document-FSD- from result of Requirement Analysis
• Create Technical documentation (data mapping, diagrams, & flowcharts for developers to follow)
• Validate the FSD that has been created by Vendor & Partner (e.g., mandays estimation and/or cost estimation)
• Core or Non-Core system maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues
• Create and/or conduct Internal testing scenario prior to user testing
• Prepare Deployment assets (document) and collaborate with related parties.
• Collaborating with Internal team (Business Analyst, Project Leads and IT team) and External Team (IT Vendor, IT Partner) to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (mandatory), preferably if have any Professional Certification in related area.
• Fresh Graduate or experience as IT System Analyst
• Experience as IT System Analyst or IT Business Analyst or IT QC in insurance industry is a plus
• Knowledge SQL/Oracle Database Management
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Positive attitude with critical thinking ability & strong problem-solving capacity
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
