Lowongan Business Development Executive di PT Vallianz Offshore Maritim

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & interface with various departments to ensure client’s requirements are fulfilled;
• Working closely with clients and ensure day to day operations are properly communicated;
• Maintain and evaluate project documents and ensure compliance to all contract requirements;
• Analyse client requirements in coordination with Marketing Manager according to specifications and evaluate and prepare reports to ensure accuracy;
• Ensure all projects operate according to schedule and in support of high-level business objectives;
• Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority;
• Willing and able to travel at any time;
• Handle any ad hoc job and/or project as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or candidate with experience minimum 1 year in shipping company;
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Economy;
• Able to communicate in English written and verbally is a must;
• Understand and familiar that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications and are in line with the most recent regulation (Pedoman Tata Kerja 007 with the latest update) available and best practice and are compliant with client requirements;
• Possess strong sales and marketing flair with strong track record;
• Having logical, analysis thinking, business sense and interpersonal skills;
• Good communication, neat and attractive.
