Technical Sales - Electroplating

Job Description

  • Proactive identification of new business opportunities using structured market-, trends and target group analysis within the business sector
  • Developing and expanding our market position – drive our growth strategy focused both on sales goals and customer satisfaction within the area you have been assigned
  • Establishes relationships at all levels of the customer, including leading the dialogue with senior executives and key decision makers
  • Presentation of our products to customers, visits and clarification of technical questions
  • Driving the development of long-term partnerships with key customers
  • Identify and set up network with key players (OEM / Tier 1 / Tier 2). Pursue leads and follow through to a successful engagement
  • Collaborate with design / sales / quality teams to ensure that quality requirements are met
  • Support the company thru continuous updates of all the latest market trends and market requirements. Stay up to date on corporate competitors
  • Keep up to date with technical developments in the Plating Industry

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Technical Sales, Marketing or Business Development function in the Electroplating Industry
  • Deep knowledge of the market (players / trends / R&D / Supply Chain).
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Knowing the process of wastewater treatment, electroplating, or maintenance will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in electroforming / coating industry and/or application development (understanding POP and package requirements of electronic components is a plus).
  • Understanding of development cycles and requirements of electronic systems.
  • Skilled in strategic planning and execution / analytical and data-based evaluation.
  • Personality with a positive attitude / accountable / decisive / open communicator and intercultural awareness.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Willingness to travel.
