Lowongan Headtruck Maintenance Supervisor di PT Dgas Alam Semesta

Responsibility:

1. Primary responsibility is the management of trucking maintenance;
2. To ensure preventive maintenance productivity and fleet availability;
3. To execute troubleshooting, inspection, and damage report analysis of the fleet;
4. To manage a team of mechanics and the existing fleet maintenance system;
5. To provide leadership on related improvements and optimization processes.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in handling various kinds of head trucks (250HP and above);
2. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university;
3. Excellent track records in handling a team of mechanics;
4. Good understanding in fleet maintenance and tire management;
5. Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill-sets;
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint);
7. Good communication skills and attitude;
8. Able to work in Cikarang, Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
