Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage master planning, design and construction of real estate infrastructure and land.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the relevant personnel on the final design and implementation of the master plan.
• Coordinate with senior management to determine project priorities and develop project scope.
• Review new project and make recommendations where required.
• Maintain and share current global masterplan on a monthly basis to the relevant stakeholders.
• Assist project team in developing design drawings, specifications and documents.
• Develop and implement standard specifications for infrastructure finishes.
• Maintain broad knowledge of latest architectural trends.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience in Architectural Master Planning or similar.
• Effective communication skills with appropriate experience of internal stakeholder engagement and management.
• Degree in engineering, architecture, science or similar field.
• Proficient in master planning for real estate developments.
• Understanding of the processes and requirements for delivering masterplans.
• Demonstrate understanding to develop or support development of associated procedures and workflows for master planning.
