Description

• Komitmen dan konsisten
• Oversees the entire Secondary Process (Silk Screen/printing, Spraying, Sub assembly, clean room).
• To handle the cost efficiency, quality/low rejection and safety throughout the manufacturing process.
• To works with other personnel to find cost effective and quality materials used in the process, constantly looking for ways to cut costs and streamline processes
• Responsible for planning, discussing and completing reports about the production and the staff
• To Inspect and ensures the staff follows company and government policies and procedures, while manufacturing quality products.
• Setting production goals and meeting target dates, completing paperwork daily, reporting to superior, and communicating with other departments in implementing new policies.
• Control material and ensure data entry inventory is in trace.
• As MR at his/her department to strictly follow QEMS, Safety Procedure, Environmental Policy or other required.
• Strong leadership and managerial skill is required.
• Preferable those with molding injection plastic background.
