Job Purpose :

Builds market position by initiating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals with publishers, event organizers, owners, brands and influencer.

Key Job Functions :

1. Develops a marketing & sales plan including action list.; this plan is the result of industry research and good understanding of product/market combination.
2. Proposes potential business deals by using existing network and cold calling potential new partners; discovering and exploring opportunities (B2B).
3. Meets prospects and screens potential business deals by analyzing deal potential, deal requirements, financials and evaluating options.
4. Closes new business deals by understanding requirements; negotiating terms; and understands when to involve colleagues when needed
5. Understanding customer needs and translating them into business objects that the customers can use.
6. Developing and implementing strategies for the new product and services by analyzing business needs.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must prossess at least a Bachelor's Degree
2. Having minimum three years experience in sales or marketing for KOL influencer and media/digital company
3. Successful track record ini B2B sales and negotiation
4. The abililty to reach target, meet deadlines and work under pressure
5. Excellent communication skill, Good negotiator and good at presentation
6. Able to operate Microsoft Office, fluency in English, both oral and written
7. Active, easy going, motivation and dynamic person
8. The ability to work well as part of a team
