Lowongan STAFF PRODUCTION di PT Lion Wings

Qualifications:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) – Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Low or High Voltage), with Minimal GPA 3.00
• Fresh Graduate or Maximum 2 years Working Experience as Staff Production Filling or Mixing or Injection Blowing or Staff Maintenance Production (from FMCG Company preferably)
•  Likes to work in the Field, and Strong Physically and Mentally to work in the Field
• Proficient in handling and managing subordinates or manpower (Can handle 4M and 1E's factors: Human, Machine, Method, Material, and Environment
• Willing to work shifts, work overtime, and work under pressure
• Physically and Mentally Healthy
•  Working Hours:

3-Shifts, Monday to Saturday 

Monday to Friday:

Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm

Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm

Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am

Saturday:

Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am

Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm

Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm

Note: Shift schedule changes once a week

STAFF PRODUCTION FILLING:

 Responsible for carrying out the production process and ensuring the implementation of product quality procedures as determined by the Company.

*) Job Responsibility:

·       Carry out the production process, from semi-finished to finished products and minimize the occurrence of waste and process failure

·       Make a weekly production work plan with PPIC, and describe it and carry out control into the daily work plan

·       Delegating appropriately to the existing production team, regarding all production work plans that have been made

·       Reviewing and validating the work of employees regarding the preparation of production reports, which include reports on attendance, material usage, downtime of each machine unit and production results

·       Analyzing every problem (problem) and trying to find the root of the problem and the solution, either individually or in coordination with other related parties

·       Coordinate with other departments (QC/MTC/ENG/Robotic/PPIC) related to the production process

·       Carry out Continuous Improvement for production work systems and methods to be more effective and efficient

·       Ensuring that the Company's Regulations, 5R, K3, SOP can run well

·       Improve the Skill & Knowledge of the employees under division

·       Organizing the implementation/implementation of ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018 & HAS 23000 procedures in the Production Department to comply with SOPs & Work Instructions and quality objectives

·       Perform all tasks related to production activities
