In his daily activity, Supervisor Accounting has duties that are not much different from a Assistant Manager, it's just that an assistant like this does not have the capacity as a decision maker in the company, especially in the accounting department. He only has the capacity to stand for a manager so that the job is carried out properly. 

Duties and Responsibilities of the Supervisor or Assistant Manager

1.      Responsible for the daily financial recording of the company.

2.      Responsible for making reports on expenses and income of the company.

3.      Prepare and ensure the final report is prepared in accordance with PSAK.

4.      Handle and analyze transactions of fixed assets and intangible assets.

5.      Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

6.      Lead the team to complete tasks and responsibilities appropriately and on time.

7.      Manage cash and money in the bank, including deposits.

8.      Keeping financial records in digital and physical form.

9.      Issuing invoices to customers and external partners as needed

10.  Prepare tax data from company transactions

Qualification are:

·     Background education S1 Accounting

·     Preferable to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field

·     Minimum age of 25 years old and maximum 35 years old

·     Pleasant and well-groomed

·     Good Interpersonal skill and teamwork

·     High initiative and positive attitude

·     Attractive remuneration package based on relevant working experiences
