CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Doing broker / agent coordinator job
• Conduct product briefing to real estate broker/agents
• Coordinating broker / agent
• Coordinating road-shows, exhibitions, customer and agent gathering
• Interacts with real estate broker/users -maintain direct relationships

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 21-30 years old, Good Looking
• Diploma / Bachelors degree in any major
• Fluent in English both spoken & written will be an advantage
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work as a team
• Hard work, sincere and result oriented
• Excellent marketing skills (negotiating, closing skills, etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent presentation skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Working days   : 6 workings days + 1 day off per week
• Working location : Daan Mogot, West jakarta
• Reporting to    : Broker Coordinator Manager
