Job scope

• Create and manage All Important documents such as shipping notice, PIB, bill of landing, debit note, etc.
• Update information and regulation regarding customs and shipping documents.
• Monitor and update shipment schedules by sea and air.
• Coordinate daily activity for Export & Import shipments (air and ocean).
• Report activities, issues, and ideas for business improvement.

Requirement

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Management Transport, International Trade, or any related major and must have PPJK Certification.
• Preferably have experience 3 years in Export & Import Forwarding Company.
• Understand and able to use EDI Application System.
• Preferably have experience or familiar with custom system and can communicate with Customs officers.
• Able to handle and have knowledge for export & import documents such as PIB, PEB, BC2.5, etc.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
