Fast growing Company specialized in Nicotine Replacement Therapy through smokeless products, is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager.

A chosen candidate reaches our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets yet by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying them to the upper management by using modern and innovative sales tools.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Distribution and retail network creation in Jakarta and surroundings. Key focus on large scale B2B collaboration.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls and on-time reporting.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team by ensuring hitting the targets month on month.

Sales Manager Requirements:

• Max. 35 years, experienced and target driven professional
• Bachelors degree or higher in Sales and Marketing background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Manager position, preferable in Tobacco, Nicotine, or FMCG products
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Extensive knowledge and experience in modern distribution and retail network creation in Indonesia
• A team player willing and able to work independently when required
• Proven success track record
• Has own vehicle
• Full background check will be conducted to each candidate
