JOB MISSION:
As a Sales Online Specialist, you will be responsible for developing online sales and cultivating relationships with Garmin partners. This includes but is not limited to the fitness and outdoor market segments.

- Execute sales plans and sales promotions to attain sales targets
- Produce, develop and implement leading online sales strategies, including: websites, CRM, social media & E-Commerce
- Formulate and develop all digital marketing and media campaigns including SEO, SEM, Display and Social
- Analyze and provide insights around site traffic and other key E-Commerce metrics
- Prepare and maintain monthly sales forecasts and monitor sales movement closely
- Creating promotional campaign through out official store in all market place
- Collect and communicate market requirements effectively
- Develop sales marketing e-commerce analytics and digital ads reporting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experiences as Sales Online, E-Commerce Specialist, Digital Marketing
- Solid knowledge of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing tools
- Ability to work in a team-oriented & collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-starter in building relationship
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
- Keen attention to detail with analytical, problem-solving and factual decision-making skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
- Personal experience in Garmins core market segments including Golf, Dive, Bike
